How To Request Deletion
Email privacy@aiagentdealership.com with the subject line "Delete my AI Dealerships data". If you are deleting data for a dealership account, send the request from an authorized account email when possible.
What To Include
- Your name and email.
- Dealership or account name, if applicable.
- Product name, such as Voical or a script package.
- Job ID, upload filename, approximate date, or other details that help locate the data.
- Whether you want account deletion, specific job deletion, or deletion of support records where legally allowed.
Timeline
We will confirm receipt and complete eligible deletion as soon as practical. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Voical Job Deletion
For Voical, the planned hosted app includes a delete_processing_job tool so users can delete a specific processing job. Until the hosted app exists, deletion requests are handled by email.
Third-Party Accounts
Disconnect Google or other third-party integrations from that provider account as well. Deleting AI Dealerships data does not automatically delete data already copied into a third-party account by an approved write action.
