AI Dealerships provides dealership-focused ChatGPT app workflows, MCP tools, scripts, setup support, documentation, and related services. Some products are pilot, beta, or submission draft products until explicitly marked otherwise.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for having permission to submit recordings, transcripts, customer information, employee information, or dealership data.
- You must review generated output before sending it to customers, employees, public channels, legal parties, lenders, vendors, or regulators.
- You must not submit secrets, payment card data, sensitive government identifiers, or data you are not allowed to process.
AI Output
AI-generated summaries, drafts, classifications, and action registers can be incomplete or wrong. Transcripts and recordings are source material, not independent verification. You must verify important facts before relying on or publishing output.
Payment And Plans
Paid pilots, setup packages, and subscriptions are governed by the accepted quote or checkout terms. Taxes, refunds, and cancellation rules must be finalized before public self-serve checkout launches.
Limits And Availability
We may limit uploads, duration, retention, export formats, third-party integrations, and support availability by plan. We may suspend access for abuse, security concerns, nonpayment, or policy violations.
Third-Party Services
Products may depend on OpenAI, Google, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, and other services. Their terms and availability may apply separately.
